Refund policy

All FUDGee products are custom-made so we have a no return policy! However, we will exchange any products in the following circumstances:

• The wrong product or colour was delivered
• The product is defective
• The product was damaged during shipping

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for an exchange, this must be reported immediately. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. All exchanges are treated as a priority and usually take 7-10 working days.
