At FUDGee® Kids, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and care that go into every custom-made piece. Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns.
However, your satisfaction is our priority — and we’re happy to offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

The wrong product, size, or colour was delivered

The product was damaged during shipping
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:

The issue must be reported immediately upon delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Exchange requests are prioritised and typically processed within 7–10 working days.
1-Year Warranty
We proudly stand by the quality and durability of every FUDGee® creation.
All our products now come with a 1-Year Warranty covering foam structure, zippers, and stitching craftsmanship - so in the unlikely event of an issue, we’ll repair or replace your product free of charge.
Because all FUDGee® items are locally handcrafted in the UAE, you’ll also enjoy dedicated local support for any warranty requests, exchanges, or future customisations - including colour or cover updates to refresh your piece anytime.
